This Cancellation Policy covers how to cancel an order on https://onesnation.in and what happens to any payment you've already made. OnesNation is the consumer-facing brand of ARTIFACT STONEX PRIVATE LIMITED, Rajasthan, India.
1. Cancellation by You
1.1 Before dispatch (≤ 24 hours of placement, typically)
You can cancel any order before we hand it to the courier. Email support@onesnation.in with subject "Cancel — <order number>". We confirm cancellation within a few business hours.
- Online-paid orders: full refund to the original payment instrument within 5–7 business days.
- Partial COD orders: the online advance (₹50 / ₹100 / ₹500 depending on cart value) is refunded in full to the UPI / bank account you provide.
- Coupon used? The coupon is restored to your account if it had a per-customer usage limit.
1.2 After dispatch but before delivery
Once the order is handed to the courier, we cannot recall the parcel mid-transit. Your options are:
- Refuse the delivery — the courier returns the parcel to our warehouse (RTO). See "Refused Delivery" in our Refund Policy for charge details. For prepaid orders we deduct ₹150 RTO; for COD orders the ₹50 advance is forfeited.
- Accept the delivery and initiate a return — this gives you the 7-day return window with full refund (no RTO charge), provided the product stays unused, unflown, and in original packaging.
Cancellation via refusal is treated as a logistics event, not a normal cancellation, and is logged against your account's fraud risk score. Frequent refusals (3+ in 90 days) may result in your account being moved to prepaid-only mode.
1.3 After delivery
You cannot "cancel" after delivery — at that point it's a return. Follow the 7-day return process in our Refund & Return Policy.
2. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order — fully or in part — for the following reasons. In every case below the full amount paid is refunded within 5–7 business days; no charges apply to you.
- Stock unavailable — the listed item is out of stock or discontinued. We try to email within 4–6 hours of order placement.
- Pricing error — the listed price was clearly incorrect (e.g. ₹100 for a ₹15,000 drone). We do not honour obvious price typos under Indian contract law.
- Unserviceable pincode — no courier partner serves the delivery address for this product class. We may offer an alternative shipping arrangement at our cost.
- Fraud screening — the order matches one or more of our fraud-risk signals (mismatched address, IP-pincode distance anomaly, repeated failed payments).
- Restricted-airspace zone — the destination pincode falls in a Red Zone under DGCA rules where heavy drones cannot be operated. We will email you with the regulation and offer a Nano-class substitute or refund.
- Force majeure — natural disasters, courier strikes, regulatory changes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
3. COD Advance — Detailed Mechanics
The online advance for Partial COD (₹50 / ₹100 / ₹500 depending on cart value — see Terms) is designed to cover reverse-logistics if the parcel is refused. Its status depends on what happens:

4. How Refunds Are Processed
- original payment instrument: automatic refund triggered the moment we mark the order cancelled. our payment gateway routes back to your card / UPI / bank / wallet typically in 5–7 business days.
- Bank transfer / UPI (for COD-advance refunds): we email a short refund form. After you reply with bank/UPI details we process within 3 business days.
- Refund-reference numbers are shared at initiation so you can follow up with your bank if needed.
5. Subscription / Recurring Orders
We currently do not sell subscription or recurring-delivery products. If we introduce them in future, this policy will be updated and existing customers will be emailed.
6. Coupons Used on Cancelled Orders
If a coupon code was applied to your order and the order is cancelled (by you before dispatch, or by us for any reason in section 2), the coupon is restored to your account as long as it had a per-customer usage limit. Otherwise, the coupon's "used count" remains as-is — first-come-first-served promotions cannot be unwound.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with how a cancellation was handled — for example, you believe a refused-delivery charge was unfair given courier behaviour — escalate by emailing support@onesnation.in with subject "Cancellation dispute — <order number>". A senior team member responds within 5 business days. We document our decision so future similar cases are handled consistently.
