Refund Policy

Eligible refunds

You're eligible for a refund if (a) you cancel before dispatch, (b) you return the product within 7 days of delivery in unboxed-and-unused condition, (c) a manufacturing defect is found within the 6-month warranty period and replacement is not feasible.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect a returned product, we process the refund within 3 business days. The amount typically reflects in your bank account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Partial-COD orders

If you chose Partial COD (50% advance online + 50% on delivery) and the parcel is returned to us due to refusal of delivery or repeated non-availability, the 50% advance is refunded minus the return-shipping charge incurred by us. This charge is communicated at checkout and visible on your order summary.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photographs at the moment of unboxing and email them to support@onesnation.in within 24 hours. We will arrange replacement or refund at our cost.
