Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? +
Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) for full prepaid orders, or Partial COD (50% online advance + 50% on delivery).
Is the COD advance refundable? +
Yes — if you cancel before dispatch, the 50% advance is refunded in full. If the parcel is returned to us due to refused delivery, the advance is refunded minus the return-shipping charge.
Do you accept EMI? +
Most credit cards offer EMI conversion at checkout via Razorpay. You'll see eligible plans on the payment screen.
Is GST included in the price? +
All listed prices are final. You'll receive a packing slip with your order; a separate GST invoice can be requested at support@onesnation.in.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? +
Dispatch within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days depending on pincode.
Do you ship to my pincode? +
We ship pan-India. If your pincode is unserviceable by our courier partner, we'll contact you within 24 hours with an alternative.
How do I track my order? +
You'll receive an AWB number and tracking link by email and SMS at dispatch.
Do you ship internationally? +
Not in v1. International availability is on our roadmap.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? +
7 days from delivery for unused, unflown, original-packaging returns. Email support@onesnation.in to start a return.
What does the warranty cover? +
6 months against manufacturing defects in motors, ESCs, gimbal, sensors, electronics. Crash damage and propeller strikes are not covered.
How do I claim warranty? +
Email support@onesnation.in with order number, flight logs if available, and photos. Pickup arranged within 48 hours.
Drones & Regulations
Do I need DGCA registration? +
Drones above 250 g require Nano/Micro/Small registration on the Digital Sky portal. Our Cipher Mini (under 249 g) does not.
Do I need a remote pilot licence? +
Yes, for drones above the Nano category and for any commercial operation. See dgca.gov.in for current rules.
What about flying near airports? +
Always check the Digital Sky portal for zone classification. We are not responsible for misuse — fly responsibly.
