Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://onesnation.in ("Website") and any purchase made through it. OnesNation is the consumer-facing brand of ARTIFACT STONEX PRIVATE LIMITED, registered in Rajasthan, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law, and be a resident of India to place an order. We currently ship pan-India only — international orders are not supported in this version.

2. Accounts & Authentication

OnesNation uses passwordless email-OTP login. You are responsible for keeping access to your registered email secure. We are not liable for unauthorised orders placed via a compromised email inbox. If you suspect compromise, email support@onesnation.in immediately so we can lock the account.

You may not register multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, circumvent return limits, or evade fraud controls. We reserve the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.

3. Products & Specifications

We sell camera drones and related accessories. Product specifications, images and descriptions are provided in good faith and updated regularly, but minor variations from the delivered product may occur. Where the manufacturer has issued a firmware or hardware revision, the latest revision will be shipped — sometimes with a different label colour or accessory bundle than shown.

Stock levels are best-effort. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will email you within 24 hours to offer a substitute or a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly noted. We accept:

  • Online payment via our payment gateway — UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets. our payment gateway is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant; we never see your card number.
  • Partial COD — tiered online advance based on cart value (₹50 for orders below ₹5,000; ₹100 for ₹5,000–₹10,000; ₹500 for orders above ₹10,000) + balance in cash to the courier on delivery. The advance is non-refundable if you refuse delivery; it is refunded in full if you cancel before dispatch.

An order summary PDF is sent with every dispatch confirmation. For any invoicing query write to support@onesnation.in with your order number.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
  • The listed price was an obvious error (e.g. ₹100 for a ₹15,000 drone).
  • The delivery address is unserviceable by our courier partners.
  • The order appears fraudulent based on our risk-screening rules.
  • The shipping address falls in a restricted-airspace zone for the product class (e.g. heavy drones to airport-adjacent pincodes).

Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch within 24–48 hours of order confirmation from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on pincode. Tracking details are emailed at dispatch. Free pan-India shipping is included on every order. For detailed shipping terms see our Shipping Policy.

Risk passes to you upon delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery — do not sign for it. If you have already accepted a damaged parcel, follow the "Dead-on-arrival" process in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

You may return an eligible product within 7 days of delivery — unused, unflown, in original packaging with all accessories. The 7-day window does not apply to consumables (propellers, batteries, charging cables, microSD cards) once unsealed.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before dispatch by emailing support@onesnation.in with your order number. After dispatch the standard return process applies. See Cancellation Policy for the COD-advance refund mechanics.

9. Warranty

All drones carry a 6-month manufacturing-defect warranty covering motors, ESCs, gimbal, sensors, and electronics. The following are NOT covered:

  • Crash damage, water damage, sand ingress, propeller strike.
  • Damage from operating outside specified environmental limits (temperature, wind, altitude).
  • Third-party modification (custom firmware, non-OEM batteries, after-market mounts).
  • Consumables and wear items (propellers, batteries past 200 charge cycles, microSD cards, cables).
  • Cosmetic wear and tear from normal use.

10. Regulatory Compliance — Drone Rules 2021

India's Drone Rules, 2021 classify drones into Nano (≤ 250 g), Micro (250 g – 2 kg), Small (2 – 25 kg), Medium (25 – 150 kg), and Large (> 150 kg). Key obligations:

  • Registration — all drones above 250 g must be registered on the Digital Sky portal before flight.
  • Remote Pilot Licence (RPL) — required for drones above the Nano category and for any commercial operation. Apply via Digital Sky.
  • Zone awareness — Green / Yellow / Red zones are defined on Digital Sky. Red zones (e.g. airport-adjacent, military bases) prohibit drone flight without explicit permission.
  • Sub-250 g Nano drones — exempt from registration and RPL requirements for non-commercial use. Still subject to general airspace and privacy rules.

It is your responsibility — not ours — to register, license, and operate the drone in compliance with the Drone Rules, 2021 and all other applicable Indian aviation, privacy, and local-government regulations. OnesNation / ARTIFACT STONEX PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any regulatory penalty, accident, third-party injury or property damage caused by your operation of a drone purchased from this Website.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Resell our products commercially without a separate written reseller agreement.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities of our Website or related systems.
  • Submit false or misleading information at checkout to evade fraud screening or COD-failure charges.
  • Publish defamatory product reviews — honest reviews including critical opinions are welcome.

12. Intellectual Property

All Website content — logos, product images, copy, code, photography — is owned by ARTIFACT STONEX PRIVATE LIMITED or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Customer-submitted reviews and photos may be republished by us on the Website and on social media (we will credit you by your reviewer name only).

13. Third-Party Links

Our Website may link to third-party sites (our payment gateway, Digital Sky, courier tracking, manufacturer support). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g. lost footage, missed shoots, business interruption).
  • Third-party claims arising from your drone operation (e.g. property damage, privacy complaints).
  • Regulatory penalties imposed on you for non-compliance with Drone Rules 2021 or local airspace rules.
  • Force-majeure events (natural disasters, courier strikes, government shutdowns) beyond our reasonable control.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARTIFACT STONEX PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and partners against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your operation of a drone purchased from us — including legal fees we incur in responding to a third-party complaint involving your drone.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of these Terms or any order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by emailing support@onesnation.in with the subject "Dispute" and allowing us 14 days to respond.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our policies, products, or applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced via email to registered customers and via a banner on the Website for 14 days.
