An order is confirmed only once payment (or the COD advance) clears. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for fraud screening or stock issues, in which case we refund any amount paid.

4. Intellectual property

All site content — text, product names, photography, copy — is the property of OnesNation. Don't reproduce it without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

OnesNation's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
